A simple guide to invoicing on Leebot.

How it works: 

• You get an invoice for every transaction you make. 
• You don't get an invoice for topping up your spend - because you haven't actually spent any money yet. You can request any unspent budget back - that's the beauty of Leebot, you never waste a penny.

There are two types of invoice:

Your Subscription payment. 

• You'll find the invoices for your subscription payments in your account. 
• Go to the menu, (or your settings page) and select: Your account > Transaction History & Invoices > Click the tab for subscriptions and you will find your invoicing history and your invoices which can be downloaded. 

Your Advertising Spend Top Ups. 

• Account Top Ups do not have an invoice - the beauty of Leebot is that any money in your account can be withdrawn at anytime. 
• Every time you make a transaction from your budget, say for example, if you create an adverts - you'll see the transaction and an invoice for the transaction in your Transaction History & Invoices page in your account. 
• Go to the menu, (or your settings page) and select: Your account > Transaction History & Invoices > Click the tab for Advert Transactions.

You get your invoices once you have spent the budget. Each invoice contains details of which advert you created, when and how much you spent.
