Did somebody say routine Tasks?
Instead of creating a new task/subtask every week you can create one Task and set it as recurring.
1. Choose the most recent due date for the first Task you want to occur.
2. Select the "Does not repeat" button.
3. In this pop up chose how often you want the task to be recurring, for example every 2 weeks.
4.Choose when you want this task to stop being recurring, once it reaches this threshold and you tick is as complete, this task will not show up anymore.
Your task will now be recurring for the settings you choose and it'll confirm it in fields below.
In your Planner, when you have completed a Task with a repeat status it will reappear again in the exact same place but now with the next due date.
If you set it so it never stops recurring, an infinity symbol (a sideways 8 - see below) will display indicating its an infinitely recurring Task Status.
If you set the task to be recurring for a specific number number of times, it will display the number of times remaining that the Task will be recurring for, decreasing by one every time it is ticked as completed.
If you set the Task to reoccur until a certain date, Leebot with calculate how many times it needs to be done.
You can still edit or change the date - or how often it occurs later on.
