You can delete a user from your whole account (this removes the user from all of your Workspaces) or you can remove a user from individual Workspaces.
1) Go to 'Billing & Payments'
2) On the right-hand side of your Billing page, you'll see a list of Users you're paying for.
3) Select the 3 dot menu next to the user you want to remove.
4) Click 'Remove account'.
Any Tasks or Subtasks that where assigned to them will now be 'unassigned' but their due dates will remain, allowing you to assign them to someone new.
Any Projects, Tasks/Subtasks the deleted user had created in your workspace will still remain.
The removed user cannot access or view workspaces, projects & tasks they were involved in, additionally if they were introduced on your payment plan.
If the user was invited on their own personal email address, they will still be invited to purchase their own paid Leebot account if they attempt to Login, but they will not re-gain access the files they were removed from.
This means that you are continuing to keep the user in your billing, but you want to remove them from specific Workspaces, but leaving them to work in others.
1) Go to Workspaces by clicking "View all Workspaces" from your Workspace dropdown.
2) Find the Workspace you need - and click the '3 dot menu' next to the Workspace name.
3) Click 'Share'.
4) Find the user that you'd like to remove from the Workspace.
5) Click the '3 dot menu' next to their name.
6) Click 'Remove user'.
7) The user will no longer have access to this Workspace.
8) If the user has purchased their own Workspaces, they'll still be able to access these. They'll only be removed from the Workspaces you've purchased and shared with them.
If you can't access Leebot, we'll tell you why. There are a number of reasons that might stop you from getting access.
If someone has removed you as a user from their account you'll no longer be able to access any of the Workspaces they shared with you.
If you've purchased your own Workspaces you'll still be able to access these.
For example:
A company invites a freelancer or consultant to use one of their available Leebot users, the freelancers accepts the Leebot invite and then purchases additional Workspaces to manage other clients.
If the company removes the freelancer from their account, the freelancer will still keep access to their other client's Workspaces (the ones they're paying for).
If you've been removed from a Workspace then you'll no longer be able to access any of the projects or task in that Workspace. Please contact the Workspace owner if you believe this was a mistake.
? Tip: If you use Leebot to manage work and personal projects try creating 2 accounts and sharing Workspaces between both accounts. This means you won't lose access to personal Workspaces if your work account is deleted. Find out more.
