If you are purchasing Leebot for under 25 people, you can do it using Leebot's self-serve purchase page to:

• Invite all of your users by email.
• Be responsible for all Subscription billing for your users (not advertising spend).
• Top up any Workspaces with advertising spend for your users to spend on advertising.

How does it work if you buy multiple seats? 

1. You choose how many seats you want to buy & decide how to pay for it.
2. You complete your payment online.
3. Each account has hinters and tutorials, and we'll be on hand to offer free chat support.
4. Each account will be asked for their own credit card to create the account - in case they want to spend more money on their own. 
5. We'll keep you updated along the way. 
6. If one of your users doesn't want to sign up - we'll refund the seat value, or ask you if you want us to nominate someone else for us to reach out to at no extra cost. 

Your credit card is never attached to your end user accounts. 

But you can decide the best way to go about setting an advertising budget for your end users - with no risk, as your card is not attached to the end users accounts: 

• You can put a one-off top up in each account. 
• You can put a regular monthly top up in each account. 
• You can create the account with no budget at all - that means you end user takes the budget responsibility over using their own payment method.

You pay, they pay, do it your way.

• You can pay for all of the cost for 6 months. 
• You can contribute half of the cost - leaving the other half for your end users.
• Or you can ask your end users to pay for all of the cost.
